We are constantly recruiting top-tier educators, business executives and other specialist professionals. All potential candidates are thoroughly vetted but the onus is on companies to ensure that additional security checks are carried out in line with their company’s policies and procedures which is dependent on the nature of the business and or the business requirements which may vary from one business entity to the next.

We will source candidates globally, go through a stringent selection process, and interview candidates based on our client's needs and requirements. We will check references to ensure that it supports the potential candidates' track record based on professional skills, ability, experience and professional character.

We work with our clients to source employees based on expertise and skills required globally with an emphasis on the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain)

Potential candidates are interviewed once the applications are in line with our client's requirements. The interview panel will consist of HR personnel who are highly qualified to assess technical competence and due consideration for wider organisational viewpoints. Once the interview is successful we will create a profile and send this to the prospective employer who will provide us with further guidance or get in contact with you directly once all business arrangements are agreed and completed.
