Privacy Policy
This policy is compliant to the UK Data Protection Act (2018) and is in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). It is the intent of the company to be transparent with users, members, subscribers, clients and any other relevant third parties. We will share any information provided by the aforementioned group with third parties in the strictest of confidence only if and when required. For instance, creating a profile of a member and or subscriber based on information provided and passing this on to a third party for professional business transactions and other company relations. We will ensure confidentiality where it is deemed necessary and ensure that information shared will be lawful, fair and transparent. We will only collect the data required and this will be relevant only to the business requirements and purposes. We may require additional information if needed to verify accuracy of information provided. The information stored will be lawful and will be kept in line with the relevant laws that governs the required information. The information stored will only remain on the company data base unless there is a consistent requirement such as an active subscriber’s email for communication purposes and for any other legitimate reasons. The information will remain secure in line with the required laws that governs these specific areas. The security of your information will not be compromised and we will ensure the integrity of the information provided remains a paramount priority. We will be responsible in protecting your data and will ensure that there is a robust system of accountability.
Collection
Your data will be collected based on you signing into the website as a subscriber, member or client. We will process your data in accordance with the law and any associated act. The data will be stored for a period of two years and if you unsubscribe or no longer a member, after this period has been expired your data will be permanently deleted. For current subscribers, members and clients your information must be updated every two years to ensure that we have the most up to date details.
Organisation
The information collected from any corporate entity and or organisation will be kept confidential, and there will not be any disclosure of this information unless required by law. We will not disclose to other corporate entities or organisations the terms and conditions including relations that we have based on a non-disclosure agreement along with the company letter of engagement with each entity and or organisation. However, the website is powered by a third party and confidentiality is subjective to these terms.
Structuring
The data will be centrally held including on the website and in the company’s central filing system, this will be an electronic storage and paperless. Contracts, letters of engagement and any other confidential written communication will only be accessible by the Managing Director and his Executive Assistant. The website is powered by a third party and therefore their access is limited to appointments, orders, sales and subscriptions. Personal Information attached are sent directly to specified company emails and this information is centrally filed.
Storage
The information gathered are stored in the company’s central files, electronically in the company’s iCloud and other electronic medium which is not accessible by third parties. This information will be stored for a two (2) year period and updated annually if you are a subscriber, member or client. If you are no longer conducting business with the company your data will be stored electronically for an additional period that will safeguard both yourself and the company for any future references.
