Contract management of reviewing and negotiating a wide array of corporate contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, leasing and SLAs. Compliance policies development, HR issues, Governance practices and legal risk assessments to assist organisations and individuals meet their legal obligations and protect their interests. 

Advisory and Risk management - assisting legal heads and flagging compliance, governance and risks management and exposures in business operations and practices.

 Legal research on Employment and Company Law.

 Covers the resolution of workplace disputes through mediation, negotiation, arbitration, preparation for labour tribunals, or courts, and the remedies available such as compensation or reinstatement.  To work with employers and employee to ensure the appropriate procedures for managing misconduct, poor performance, and employee complaints are fair, to ensure a balanced workplace by protecting the rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees.
