The client (s) has or have the option to cancel an online or face to face appointment.

Our cancellation policy becomes applicable under the following terms:

• Cancellation of appointment must be 48 hours prior to appointment.
• If the cancellation is requested 24 hours prior to appointment the client (s) will be refunded  fifty percent of the amount paid for the professional services.
• Cancellation on the day of the appointment is subjected to 100 percent of the fees  paid being non refundable.
• Reasons for cancellation must be clearly communicated so alternative arrangements can be put in place if required, provided it is in line with the stipulated cancellation period.
• Once a cancellation has been agreed in accordance with the cancellation policy an email confirmation will be sent.
• The refund on cancellation can take up to 5 - 10 working days but this is also dependent on your bank.
• We will not be held liable if you have changed your banking details and did not inform us.
